It is crucial for Canadians to know and understand how their rights have been and continue to be violated in respect of the government’s COVID-19 measures.

CONSTITUTION ACT, 1982 Part 1

Section 1 – this section is THE MOST IMPORTANT one.

It tells you that ANY of your guaranteed rights and freedoms BELOW this section, can be overturned or violated, as long as new measures can be proven to be “reasonable” and  “demonstrably justified”.https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/const/page-15.html

In other words, your “guaranteed” rights and freedoms are NOT in fact guaranteed to you.

Government COVID-19 measures are NOT “reasonable” NOR are they “demonstrably justifiable”.  All measures are not scientifically nor medically-based nor proven to be effective whatsoever in the case of viral respiratory disease (the flu).

To make things worse and more complicated, you need to be aware that there are multiple parties violating your Charter rights. 

This gives the illusion that since all government bodies are doing this, it must be OK.

Curiosity of what “they” knew and we didn’t, led to this.

Grassroots ALASKA Kills UN Agenda 21

The people of the Borough of Kodiak, Alaska defeated a zoning bill that would have severely restricted property rights and changed the character of their community. Many residents were deeply concerned, but a coalition did not exist. Activism brought these people together, and all who contributed to the bill’s defeat are to commended for defending long-standing property rights. Mandatory face masks are
– unconstitutional
– ineffective and pose physical and mental health dangers
– violates the physical and psychological integrity by seriously restricting a person’s primordial right to breath
– restricting the very right of liberty, to choose HOW to breath
– mandating masks to stop the spread of a disease is a medical treatment requiring consent under s.10 and s.11 of the Health Care Consent Act
