A crack in my thoughts

Distance on the wind

Mind won’t keep full memory

Who have we been?

Stress fractures certainty

Families too small to hold

The truth of this fullness

For those who choose bold.

Alone but never lonely

Who else could choose this

A life of solid solitude

With nothing never much to miss.
