The Mirror Tells All
“We cannot truly empathize with tragedy until it befalls us.”
Lessons Unlearned
What do we do as a society when programmed conspiracy, disinformation, manipulation and trauma infects social reality to the gravest degree? How do we cope, heal, identify and transform ourselves amid the melee of competition, destruction, disease, fear, loss, murder, pain, suffering and violence? Why do we continue to emulate the definition of social insanity at the cost of our lives and those of our children? Where do we go from the helplessness and hopelessness surrounding and corrupting every element of our experience? Who is to be held accountable for our crimes against humanity? We are!
Political Idiodyssey
Politics are the most worthless form of leadership ever concocted. It is a clever, vicious cycle, ensnaring all with egotistical expressions of instinctual and intellectual ignorance. I continue to be appalled by anyone claiming exclusivity to either the conservative or liberal parties. It does not require keen observation to understand none of these officials care about, stand for or serve the people who elect them. An elite, wealthy few employ financial institutions, who lend to corporations, who in turn sponsor and lobby candidates to push their (c)overt agendas. Our awareness of this system certainly does not empower or inspire us enough to transform it.
Social Vicious Cycle
Whenever a traumatic event passes an impression on us, we tend to shift into a cycle of inauthentic empathy. We send our thoughts and prayers, express our views, engage in social media debates, our elected officials do nothing, we eventually forget, and society moves on to the next tragedy until it happens again. This is just one of the many vicious cycles we enact as human doings. We are desensitized by the violence that encompasses us and blind to our individual brutality. Yet the cycle continues. Much like our elected officials, we do not care about, stand for or serve our fellow human.
Deep Impact
The last few years have severely traumatized us on levels we are incapable of comprehending. We are shaken to the core from a worldwide pandemic, the political and social pressure of its vaccination, a contentious election, the impact of a murdered American citizen by a police officer and a continual string of mass killings committed by teenagers. Within our apathetically biased interpretations of what is happening resides the true reason why. As a society, we are egotistical, self-centered and self-righteous. We lack the empathy, intention and understanding to transform our anger and fear into compassion and love.
“Within every downfall is an opportunity for ascension.”
The Gravity of Ego
Through the course of human history, infinite opportunities have been and are available for us to shift how social reality exists for all. These events, however inspirational, ordinary or tragic, occur to empower us to transform our instincts, intellect, emotions and behaviors. When we front age, belief, ideology, ignorance, indifference or loss, we convey justifiable excuses for our evasion, vengeance or violence. The choices we make impact and influence others as much as ourselves. There is one element of our personality that renders us apathetic, arrogant, vindictive and self-righteous. It does not matter how aware we are to its influence; our ego enslaves us.
Self-Sentence
Society functions on the tradition of inclusion of the immediate family, and exclusion of the rest of the world, in a vain attempt to construct artificial defenses, narratives, protection and security. We build barriers of separation emotionally, intellectually, instinctually and spatially to support our simulated sense of safety. The evident observation we deny or refuse to acknowledge is our desire to establish our personal illusion. We imprison ourselves with individual internment and expect the rest of the world will follow suit. When society does not comply with our private delusion, we encounter breakdowns resulting in emotional, mental and physical suffering.
Social Psychoses
We are artificial beings, existing in an artificial reality, living artificial lives and even dying artificial deaths. Our belief, ideology, information, motivation and relativity are all artificial. From the cradle to the grave, we slip into the chaos of social reality’s undercurrent, frantically grasping for anything to release us from the energetic muck of linear duality. When our opportunities arise and empower us to transcend, we decline, dismiss and demean all that is diverse from our behavioral, hereditary, institutional, personal and social programming. In essence, we cause our own conflict and suffering with our conditioned engagement and reactivity.
What Will It Take?
Our family members and friends are both figuratively and literally dying at the hands of our self-subscribed, social oblivion, and the inevitable violence it provokes. Desensitization is the lightning rod of our synthetic sanity, tearing society apart with every tragic event and fracturing the foundation of our existence. It is not that we feel, think and act too deeply when tragedy occurs in social reality. The true atrocity is our willingness to be apathetic and preoccupied, evading present trauma and ensuring its eventual future. Prevention requires our authenticity, empathy, focus, integrity, intention, purpose and transformation.
The Mirror Tells All
Imagine being in a sphere. The entire interior is a mirror. In every direction you gaze, your image is cast. Yet, it is not your physical reflection you behold, it is your actions, thoughts and feelings to which you become present. As you encounter your multidimensionality, you are aware of your instincts, intellect, emotions, intuition and soul. You are introduced to your consciousness, creativity, empathy, insight, understanding and truth. In this space, you experience the flow of universal being, conscience, expression and relativity. The existence of social reality vanishes. You become one with the universe.
“Our soul purpose is being universality.”
