The Only Door OUT

with Howdie Mickoski and Lorenzo

Plato’s Cave. A brief synopsis from this story which I’ve heard is more than 2500 years old.
‘The allegory begins with prisoners who have lived their entire lives chained inside a cave. Behind the prisoners is a fire, and between the fire and the prisoners are people carrying puppets or other objects.’ For me this story is all about freedom, seeing how we are not free, what that means to us, and most importantly, how that can help us escape ‘The cave’.

I don’t know about you, but I Just Wanna Go Home!

Understanding our enslavement and mapping a way out is the only work worth pursuing. After all, without freedom, the rest seems hollow.

Today Howdie and I discussed ‘Leaving the Cave’ and what that even means. And, more controversially, on the idea that there is only ‘one door’ out of here: The only way it may be possible for any of us, in these current lives, to ‘Exit the Cave’ and live fully free.
