The Solstice Shift

The Solstice Shift     “Transcendence is ascension into universality.”   Advent of a New Era   Twelve years ago, a universal energetic shift began during the four days of the Winter Solstice, empowering us into a new era of being.  As human evolution in a critical mass often crawls at a glacial pace, this metamorphic shift has been commonly overlooked and unfulfilled.  Given...

Trickster Archetype: The Ultimate Ego Leveling Mechanism

Trickster Archetype:     The Ultimate Ego Leveling Mechanism     By Gary Z. McGee   “The trickster is the unconscious judging the judgments of the ego. The trickster pokes holes through the ego’s inflation. The trickster tells the dreamer to include irrationality in himself.” ~Eugene Monick   The trickster is a complex and multifaceted figure found in mythologies,...

Should We Obey The Government?

Should We Obey The Government?   By The Academy of Ideas       The following is a transcript of this video.     “For it was a witty and a truthful rejoinder which was given by a captured pirate to Alexander the Great. The king asked the fellow, “What is your idea, in infesting the sea?” And the pirate answered, with uninhibited insolence, “The same as yours, in...

Divide & Conquer: The Occult Game of Stalking

Divide & Conquer: The Occult Game of Stalking       By Bernhard Guenther   We don’t learn from history [be it the hidden, alternative, actual, or official history] because an intellectual understanding of it is useless if it is not matched with the individuation process of shadow integration and the rebirth of the true Self, which is part of the Great Work to...

Agora and the Art of War: Synergizing Ancient Wisdom

Agora and the Art of War: Synergizing Ancient Wisdom With New libertarian Philosophy     by Brandon Aragon   History is full of timeless texts, and wisdom that make us think about the world around us differently. Two of these, “The Art of War” by Sun Tzu and, the modern-day philosophy of agorism by Samuel Edward Konkin the third, may seem like they have nothing in common. But if...

The Farmed-Fishing Disaster

The Farmed-Fishing Disaster     Problems in the Tank   In the 21st century, wild fish are are being replaced with farmed fish, as livestock, in the aquaculture industry. However, the growth of aquaculture has come at the expense of the environment and the health of the fish. This results in the potential for major disease problems and food safety issues, according to a 2022...

A Few Bananas Short of a Bunch

A Few Bananas Short of a Bunch     By Cognitive Dissonance     “You’ve been living in a dream world, Neo.” – Morpheus   "How did you go (morally) bankrupt?" Two ways. Gradually, then suddenly." ― With abject apologies to Ernest Hemingway and his “The Sun Also Rises”   “I reject your reality and substitute my own.” – Adam Savage from Mythbusters   I have this...

The War on Humanity – ‘A Deliberate Restriction of Consciousness’

The War on Humanity –   ‘A Deliberate Restriction of Consciousness’     By Julian Rose     Almost everything that’s wrong in the world starts from an implacable resistance to the existence of a state of consciousness.   Denial of the fact that every new human life born into this world is a divine spark, a fecund manifestation of limitless potential.   A denial...

Wising Up to Alien Interference

Wising Up to Alien Interference     By Tom Montalk     This Q&A is a paraphrased transcript of three radio interviews I did with Sienna Lea on her show Illuminating the Shadowland. The original audio interviews are also posted on YouTube.   The public perception of the UFO phenomenon centers around lights seen in the sky, reports of encounters with beings and ships...

10 Signs You May Be a Meta Male

10 Signs You May Be a Meta Male     By Gary. Z. McGee     “Only a few know, how much one must know to know how little one knows.” ~Werner Heisenberg   The concept of “Meta male” isn't a term with a widely accepted or standardized definition in social or psychological literature, but if we were to extrapolate from the terms “Alpha” and “Beta” and apply the prefix “Meta-”...

When Deepest, Cherished Beliefs Come Tumbling Down

When Deepest, Cherished Beliefs   Come Tumbling Down     Blowing the Whistle, Chpt. 4:     By Bronte Baxter     A person determined to examine their programming and figure out the truth about the world is an adventurer. Like explorations in the physical world, those in mind or spirit can be laced with surprises and challenges, even dangers. But the person...

The Will to Humor: Prestige in The Face of Power

The Will to Humor:     Prestige in The Face of Power   By Gary Z. McGee     “The law of levity is allowed to supersede the law of gravity.” ~R.A. Lafferty   The will to humor is the only thing more powerful than the will to power. Those practicing the will to humor are compelled to turn their power outward. First as laughter, second as expiation, and third as...

Shocker: The Dangers of Ultrasound

Shocker: The Dangers of Ultrasound Source:  No More Fake News by Jon Rappoport A book by the great researcher Jim West - Every time Jim West (also here) releases a new finding, it is a revelation. From The Editor

Freedom’s Bloom

Freedom's Bloom What a beautiful sunny day it is right now, the first one in far too long, and although the chemtrails are edging closer and closer, it's still early enough in the morning to get some good sunlight into the eyes and onto the skin. Thanks to the abundant gifts of the Earth I've replenished my electrons and stabilized my internal electrical environment by simply walking barefoot on the grass and grounding myself. Peacefully warm for the first time in a long while I am struck by the contrast of this very real experience and the strange abstractions of life all around me. Traffic roars past, a busy and frantic noise of discordant mechanized labour. Up above, the foul chemical concoctions of madmen keeps creeping closer, lines...

Fear’s Greatest Fear

Fear's Greatest Fear Let me just say this once again that most everything we publish, with the exception of my own article and the other opinion pieces are provided by independent reporters that we feel are speaking the truth but that, apart from going through the process of our intuition and personal experience, we have no way of verifying absolutely. And unless you are personally going to fly over to wherever the story is happening and maybe live there yourself for a while to somehow verify whatever it is we're talking about, it's always going to be about the question of trust. Some continue to trust their governments, despite the sick feeling that comes over them at the promised violence inherent in not doing so, of not obeying. Some...

In Daring Freedom Found

In Daring Freedom Found By Fredalupe!        In some of my recent travels down south, down Mexico way, I came across more than one representation similar to our present cover titled ‘Galactic Empress’. That odd assortment of eyes, one above the other, two to a side, seemed to possess more than one inspired artist to take brush, or paint can rather, to wall, their graffiti gracing one’s imagination with at times blue skinned, four eyed (sometimes six eyed) female figures in a wild assortment of headgear and an altogether undeniably alien cast to their aspect. There’s little doubt that for all the ‘Are We Alone in the Universe?’ caterwauling we’ve been subject to over the years few of us actually believe that that is so. All that’s...

Elect to Govern Yourself

Elect to Govern Yourself or "The Emperor's New Clothes” Here I give a simple summation of my views whereas the entirety of personal and interpersonal human (behaviour) is concerned. Notice I didn’t use the word political. From my perspective, if you don’t want to stink don’t go swimming in a cesspool. As I see it there is nothing worth saving about the political systems in place, nothing worth repeating, and certainly nothing worth fighting about. A quick look at the meaning of a few words will easily make my point. (definitions' from the simple dictionary on my computer, nothing fancy) Politics: here meaning “of, for, or relating to citizens”. Citizen: “a legally recognized subject or national of a state or commonwealth, either native or...

Mad Carousel

Mad Carousel As always, I must be honest. Often times I feel I have little more to say. I take pleasure in neither preaching nor pontification, neither telling nor showing. I’m not an expert or an authority. And I’m not too sure anyone else is either, except possibly on their personal experience of life. I’ve learned through experience just how easily one is misunderstood or can misunderstand another, can mislead or be misled. Words, thoughts, feelings, heavens, I doubt there’s one among us who hasn’t been betrayed by his or her own or by someone else’s. For the most part it seems we’re brought up, or otherwise learn to mistrust life, or worse, so that can’t be too surprising. And if you can’t trust yourself what then, I ask? Well, look...

Nocturnal Remissions

Nocturnal Remissions By Fredalupe! As below so above, folks. What we do unto others we will have done unto us. That which we have sown we must by definition reap. What we have cultivated or allowed to be cultivated from or into, what we do becomes who we are. Environment is another word for reality, and ours is become something other than natural and wholesome, harmonious or free. Luckily all things must end. At some point what goes up must come down, chickens don’t fly, not into the sky nor out of their coops, regardless of possessing the necessary equipment and superb deadly motivation, all because they’ve accepted their terrible fate, unquestioningly: and that all goes for humanity as well. The Human family has been compromised. The...

Beautiful World

Beautiful World I've recently gone to the southern hemisphere for a spell: just to see, just to feel. There is an astounding beauty to the natural world here, despite the pollution that seems to come with the artificially instituted poverty around so prevalent in these perfect climates. The sky is still free, although I attest to having spent so long under alien skies that I have trouble not seeing boogie-men lurking about up there. Exotic birds sing. There is an easy joy and simple understanding here that life is to be lived, joyfully and together. Of course many here as elsewhere are definitely preoccupied with survival, yet I can literally hear children singing behind the walls, amusing themselves without digital assistance, others...

Turbo Flux

By Fredalupe!   Turbo Flux, if I’m not mistaken is the title of this month’s cover, Simon Haiduk’s fabulous painting, and a fairly accurate description of these last many months of life as I’ve seen and experienced it myself. Without a doubt it has been a Fire Monkey year to remember, and one presently leading into a Fire Rooster/Chicken year. I’m told that the Japanese refer to this coming time as a phoenix (fire bird) year. All in all there’s more than an excellent chance that the big transformations, renewals and rebirths will keep on coming, arriving and manifesting for a while yet. Our little piece of heaven here called Earth is surely ripe for evolution. “Grace is the beauty of form under the influence of freedom.” Friedrich...

Tomorrow’s Bloom Today

Tomorrow’s Bloom Today “The problems of the world cannot possibly be solved by skeptics or cynics whose horizons are limited by the obvious realities. We need men who can dream of things that never were.” – John Keats. What do you say to that folks? The conclusion that nothing short of a complete shift in paradigms for humanity is what’s called for to ‘save the day’ is continually reaffirmed for me whenever I interact with any and all human beings, myself included. We’ve been bred, brought up and conditioned to accept, and thereafter embody and propagate, the world views, perspectives, beliefs, judgments and other thought forms, concretized and abstract, that pen us into a perceptual enclosure from which there is no escape. That’s not to...

Red Roses Spring

A Thousand Words, I hear a picture would be faster. Yet here we are. Well, let’s see if that holds true. I’m known for alacrity, although brevity’s a bitch. For a thousand pictures though I hear that a symbol would do instead. I’ve got a quite few of those in the back, more to do with the work (and by work I mean something far grander and more natural to the human-bean than toil - toil, cauldron’s a boil) that Lorenzo (the publisher) and I were engaged in before this world’s timely interruption of calamity, catastrophe and other questionable canoodlings sent to us from those who would have us be free. What’s this you ask? To whom do I refer? Those who would have us free? Canoodlings?   Heavens. What does it all mean? Funny you...

From Wonder to Tyranny and Back Again in Three Easy Steps

From Wonder to Tyranny and Back Again in Three Easy Steps     “I would rather have questions that can’t be answered than answers that can’t be questioned. “- Richard Feynman   As I see it this quotation does an excellent job of illustrating both extremes of the human condition as we find it currently. Certainly it’s a bit of a reduction of the situation but that’s how the best sauces are made after all. Perhaps that same technique will be effective in this stew of awareness I’m presenting for your delectation. And, thanks to the nature of duality itself the statement above does serve us well whereas contrast, comparison, and hopefully, perceptual cognition are concerned.   I would also rather have questions that can’t be...

Ancient Pride

Ancient Pride by Simon Haiduk Ancient Pride By Fredalupe!   Never let the fear of striking out get in your way. ~ Babe Ruth   I am recently returned from a laborious trek that happened to take place in Mexico. The phrasing here is significant, because, of course, the actual ‘trek’ had little to do with any physical location or particular physicality, though the two naturally played their part perfectly and reflected the theme of my journey in the sense of setting the scene, or the backdrop if you will, of my little voyage of return to myself.   Wherever you go, go with all your heart. ~ Confucius   Over time one learns to intend appearances beyond the self whereas transformation is concerned, and with regards to using...

Author Your Self

Author Your Self Well, here we go: 2012, another Gregorian new year. Happy Mayan good times. An Apocalypse (to uncover and reveal) Now. Year of the Water Dragon. "Water calms the Dragon’s fire. Water Dragons are able to see things from other points of view. They don’t have the need to always be right. Their decisions, if well-researched, are usually better since they allow others to become involved." http://www.chinesezodiac.com/dragon.php Auspicious energy for the New Agora. There's such a flood of 'new' information that anything less then a 'The End is Nigh' headline sometimes gets lost in the tide. There are so many worthwhile stories that making the choices of what makes it to print every month is more akin to triage in a war zone,...

The New Now, or not, depending on who you ask

The New Now, or not, depending on who you ask Well, it’s now or never folks. Here we are at the very point of choice, facing our square centimetre of chance, a chance of a chance, so to speak, so powerful in possibility, that to grasp it, to truly grasp it is to literally grasp opportunity itself by the forelock, and thereby dare riding it through such fields of potential that at each turn different worlds await: all encompassing, assembled by awareness, lead by attention, inspired by beauty, defined by creativity, guided by humility, honed by impeccability, energized by mystery, freed from the limits of self importance, the prison of self reflection, and enslavement by the predatory self presently possessing Humanity. How fabulous!...

Mirificent Times!

Mirificent Times! By Fredalupe! Editor of The New Agora I originally titled this "Seize The Day!  But Maybe Get off Your Knees First."  Yet however accurate those instructions might be not all of us are buying into this latest onslaught of media driven hysteria, this geopolitical power grab to lock in that new world ordure, this latest attempt by the machine to literally infect the entire population with fear, lowering the vibration of consciousness itself to create that hell on earth they've been working so feverishly for us to give birth to.  What's a parasite to do but replicate its own at the expense of its host?  That's what they do.  What terrible guests though! Really that's the point.  If you buy into the fear then what?  Possibly...

Encouraging The Intelligent Evolution of Consciousness

Encouraging The Intelligent Evolution of Consciousness   By Lorenzo and Fredalupe!   Publisher and Editor of The New Agora    After eight years publishing The New Agora we’ve been exposed to so much, not only in the world of information and events but specifically from the people directly, their particularities and peculiarities - to be polite - that we’re tempted to say we’ve seen and heard it all. Truth be told, so much comes and goes that what can be said about it without question is that, after a thorough and impeccable scrubbing, flushing and cleansing, all that remains at the end of the day is integrity. The integrity here is not only our own but that of the folks we continue to do our business with. It’s an integrity...

The Great Adventure!

The Great Adventure! What a busy month it’s been! Everyone at the New Agora sends a big thank you to all the folks that came up to us at the many and various shows we attended these last weeks. Thank you for sharing your encouragements, well wishes, and yes, even financial contributions. You would be surprised at how any little bit helps us tremendously, and by helping us I mean helping you with important information and services, and the knowledge based in fact and deed that we are actually standing up for ourselves and each other with our beloved Earth, in the face of tyranny, in the name and action of liberty, truth and abundance, regardless of the possible dangers of seemingly opposing the madness of this era. I say seemingly opposing...

Greeting Seasons

Greeting Seasons Here’s a thought: If Freedom has no limit, other than when impinging on another’s, then isn’t that all the politics and laws we could ever need to guide ourselves through the business of living well together; even providing a direction for greatness and evolution in the grandest sense that includes the rest of the living beings here and indeed this living World we share? Kinda does away with the need for politics at all (activities associated with the governance of a country or other area, esp. the debate or conflict among individuals or parties having or hoping to achieve power. dict.). Whereas laws are concerned: “Do No Harm” pretty much covers it. No need for the prevarications of lawyers, the dark insanity of...

Winter’s Gift

In a moment of perceived peace, a rare snow falls, each crystalline marvel mythically timed for that special evening only slightly distorted from it’s original solstice mark; each flake proof and testament to the power and fragility of human imagination and manifest intent.  We make the world. A gentle hush of pristine white blankets the sleeping world with a poetry born of natural grace and fresh perfection. My eyes walk across this newly born landscape with gratitude and wonder, leaving no trace, no mark, nothing to mar Nature’s gift, only a soothing silence, one quietly accompanied by the soft sigh of Nature’s breath, of Spirit moving, of my heart’s eye seeing anew as this season’s crystal goddess dances. Soon enough this moment of...

Proposal for a Better World, Believe it or not.

Proposal for a Better World, Believe it or not. This morning the crows came to my window waking me up in no uncertain terms to a beautiful sunny day in May with nary a chemical cloud in the sky. After lounging in my bed a bit longer then necessary my attention turned to this article that I’ve once again left to the last minute to write (though I’ve been chewing on it since the last one). Story of my life really. Might even be the story of this human race we’re supposedly running together. Who’s winning by the way? Many, many, years ago a loving companion of mine tried to impress upon me her seeing that I was a messenger. At first I was taken aback by her statement simply because it didn’t fit with my self image. Being a messenger just...

Spare Some Change?

Spare Some Change? Well folks, it seems we can’t keep our little paper on the shelves, so to speak, as they’re gone half way through the month. I guess truth is more popular then one would think. Lorenzo and team have been working as hard as they can anchoring the paper with solid publicizing participators, business’s run by human beings willing to put their energy, financial and otherwise, behind what may be a unique phenomenon: a truthful newspaper with no agenda but freedom, a forum for a honest and positive exchange of information, services, helpful products and good feelings for all. Subscriptions are up, and we’re looking eastward to fill up the rest of BC quick as can be and onwards. Anyone interested in giving a hand or feels the...

Until We Are All Free

Until We Are All Free By now, gentle reader, you've surely seen the heading that accompanies The New Agora banner. The bold and challenging statement "Elect to Govern Yourself". Alongside of it reads "Leading The Print media Evolution". By the later we are underlining the simple fact that while most media has been compromised by the kinds of powers that do not have everyone's best interest at heart, we at the NewAgora are making a bridge from those that do to those that will it to be so. By the first we offer a surprisingly simple and powerfully effective truth that not only brings to light exactly what ails the present state of humanity, but also what heals that most sorry condition. When asked what on earth we are talking about I...

Buyer Be Aware

Buyer Be Aware These last few months I literally went as far south as I could manage, pretty much to the other side of the world, and though it was definitely warmer, most the folks there were as loony with ignorance as the folks I left behind. Some might feel insulted by that statement, perhaps those same people ought to look inside and see if they've earned any shame for themselves by standing around with their heads up their asses while the rest of us have been so desperately warning humanity about the dangers we are all facing together. The homicidal selfishness of humanity could never get as far as it has on the world's stage if it weren't for the complicity of those willingly enslaved by their basest natures. Jesus might have asked...

Raven Magic

Give me knowledge, so I may have kindness for all. Plains Indian   I imagine many of us feel affinities and even kinship towards living creatures beyond the usual human assortment of nuts in a box.   I imagine were it not for that other company many of us would feel even more alone and stranded in this world of the ‘mad thinking ape’. That is not to say that I ascribe any particular import or veracity to Darwin’s so called theory of evolution. Perhaps a slight retraction there as it is an important facet, to my eye, of the mirror bubble of self-reflection humanity has presently accepted as a cornerstone of the overriding paradigm caging their consciousness.   Man’s law changes with his understanding of man. Only the laws of the...

To Think The Unthinkable

To Think The Unthinkable By Fredalupe! Delving deeply into the challenge this paradoxical puzzle presents the thinking mind, the answering of which necessarily leading one’s own attention to a suspension of the very thing with which one attempts to do the answering, akin to trying to catch one’s own reflection without the use of a mirrored surface, one illuminates much of the nature of consciousness, its workings, limitations, its perforce power, potential and otherwise. And if that first sentence above doesn’t give you an idea of how head-twistingly labyrinthine such a plunge into the void can be, perhaps it can still offer a glimpse into the necessity of going beyond language to arrive at something greater than mere description. As...

The Last Harvest of Man

The Last Harvest of Man Has any one else noticed that here in Canada, from Vancouver to Nova Scotia, the trees and plants are dying? It's one thing to never look up and see the horror of the artificial 'clouds' covering the sky for well over ten years now, but when the beautiful green world becomes a shriveled and burned up brown, when the dead leaves pile up in the middle of summer, when entire streets are now lined up with strangely infected, skeletal, nearly leafless dying trees it's either time to take our collective heads out of our overfed asses, or pucker up and kiss them good-buy. Here's a web address that shows some of the devastation occurring through a collection of photographs that will certainly look familiar to anyone living...

The New Now

The New Now oct 2015 I’ve decided to vote for myself this election. Really can’t really see who would or could be better suited for the job of governing my life, really. I did take a moment to look at the various candidates being politely paraded about in this part of the world, saw the cut of their jib, so to speak, and am fairly certain none are more qualified to make my decisions for me. Noticing that I’ve always gotten or found myself in quite a bit of trouble when others did so, whether it was forced upon me in childhood or in adulthood, or by my own choice born of foolish hope, abandonment of responsibility or other faith based nonsense, I’m not exactly eager to continue on such an obviously poor course of action. In fact if there’s...

Incarnate Change

Incarnate Change Earlier this week I found myself walking through a residential area in Vancouver where I passed one of the first signs I’ve seen in a long time that somebody out there is actually awake, aware and in action. I’ll get back to that in a minute. Now, we’ve been doing this for years and every month, bar none, is a mad scramble to get it all together and paid off and ready for public consumption. As you can tell by my tone and choice of words I’m no great fan of a process by which compromises are forced for a race to be run to the financial finish, the goal of which is printing these words, maybe even eating a little something that month after paying the extortionist fee for the privilege of living in an irradiated and...

The Big Bamboozle

The Big Bamboozle By Fredalupe!        It’s never too late. Never. No matter how far you’ve gone down that wrong road, you can always turn back. Surely we’ve all heard those words before; perhaps we’ve even all shared in that experience in our own way, hard to believe otherwise frankly. I’m speaking of the experience of first hearing then actually listening to the whisper or the words, the call or the cry, of that entirely personal inner voice. However one hears it, one hears one’s self: call it intuition, the ‘higher’ self, a wise mother or father’s heartfelt words so long ago unheeded now recalled, or simply a loving friend’s gentle and sage counsel shared in an intimate moment that echoes into our lives when most needed. If we...

Breakfast at Apathy’s

Breakfast at Apathy's Today I'm reminded of a quote from author Leo Buscaglia. He stated, " I have a very strong feeling that the opposite of love is not hate - it's apathy. It's not giving a damn."   Apathy is when you would do nothing for someone. Love is when you would do anything. I've come to realize that apathy is in fact the main subject that I was taught from the earliest age continuing on to the present. If I'm completely honest apathy has become my 'normal and natural' condition. Business as usual one might say. The world of human affairs seems to work with all its might to reinforce this particular state not only in myself but also in all those around me. Fed by a willful, chosen, ignorance about the true condition of humanity,...

Upon the Anvil of my Heart

With each thunderous strike that cracks me open, the hammering out of torturously bent and twisted parts, ever accompanied by a pitiless beating, as remorseless and endless as the waves of the sea itself, I cannot help but ask: what is being forged here from the raw materials of my experience, my feelings, my life, in this furnace called existence. Creation and destruction and creation again. Am I being refined? Remade? Reshaped into what? By whom? And for what? Amidst the smoke and terrible heat I must ask, what is being born, and borne again? An agony of birth, it has been and is still. Perhaps that would have made a better title, or epitaph for that which I am presently leaving behind in my wake, perhaps not. Long ago, although by no...

That Awe Full Spectacle

That Awe Full Spectacle Repeating oneself is no picnic for a lover of novelty, but when the sky is falling, the oceans bubbling, and lunatics are having their way with the children, finding new ways to warn folks of the dangers is less important then just getting the message across.   If it weren’t in our power to change reality I wouldn’t bother. Whether or not one chooses out of ignorance or wisdom, or whatever, the choice, hand in hand with the responsibility is ours. Let’s open our eyes to the awful spectacle, folks, and, once and for all get over how we just can’t believe how anyone of us could perpetrate such evil when even a cursory look around at the structures imprisoning human consciousness amply demonstrates the reality of that...

A Moment’s Truth

A Moment's Truth The way I like to write is fairly straight forward from my perspective: I often wait to the last minute and then just jump right in; usually the result is a kind of alchemy: a distilled expression of the many elements from all the various sources in which my awareness has been immersed throughout the week, month, years really. Presto-bango it all bubbles up in a froth of language that passes through this filter called experience. Inspiration fills my sail, the discipline of clarity keeps me on course, always leaving room for a stroke or three of fun, colourful prose, something I liken to filling my sight with the exotic plumage of distant imagined lands. Often I start without a clear idea of where I am heading, but an...

Sticks and Stones

Sticks and Stones          After listening to some of Santos Bonacci’s work (whom I happily recommend) I, Lorenzo, had a huge heart opening and then an epiphany on what we share in the paper and how we share it.   To be brief, my interactions with people, who for one reason or another have misunderstood what we’ve tried to communicate with words, images and ideas, have underlined for me how absolutely ‘wrong’ it is to do anything in anger. I’m of course including myself in that pile.   A bit of a no-brainer for some, but when you are truly passionate or otherwise immersed in a reality you find yourself defending, a perspective outside that point of awareness often seems to threaten that very reality we find ourselves defending. And around...

The Awakening or W.T.F. (Where’s That Freedom?)

Bit of a grandiose title to be sure, although it does suit Mear One’s beautiful art work gracing our cover this month. So much hoopla over this latest eclipse, so many mad predictions, warnings, darkly lunatic maneuvers and evolutionary exhortations, as to fill the noosphere (sphere of human thought) itself with the curse of Babel.   Well, the world’s still here. Looks like the ‘big celestial event’ has come and gone and much like every other calamitous prophecy that has crossed my view over the last many decades (and there have been quite a few) the day continues on for the most part much like before: still a wondrous mystery if you know how to appreciate it, still a bit of a slog through a rather thick dimension of being; still a...

Evolutionary Overture

Evolutionary Overture As a little boy whenever I heard Mozart's 'William Tell Overture ' I would be passionately inspired with an unstoppable desire to run wild, to loose my energies, to whirl and spin this strange reality into releasing me, carried by the pure joy of my dynamic participation in proving the tenuousness of this dream. Round and round the dining room table I would go, faster ever faster, feeling certain that at any moment I might lift off. Kaleidoscopically swirling through my mind's eye, as the rest of the world blurred encouragingly around me, I flew through the magic lantern of my awareness. The laughter of whatever adults happened to be around at the time grounded me as I saw my comically tiny self through their...

By Torchlight

By Torchlight Fredalupe! By torchlight we see into darkness, amidst the crumbling ruins of yesterday, picking our path past moldering edifices and the calcified choices others have made before us. Yet neither the phantoms of the known nor that shining light illuminating the way defines us. We are Travelers through both, and a myriad of worlds in between and even beyond.       Now we define the term, the tool from which we will fashion a key.             With the definition of the word, Apophasis in mind, in action, our imaginations may be inspired by the image of a torch held high revealing a mystery of choices. This allows our awareness to leap into a particular juxtaposition where we can see from this vantage point to a perfect metaphor...

Greener Grass on the Inside

Greener Grass on the Inside After a few short and happy months in Vancouver I suddenly find myself far south of there though still on the western side of the same continent, still close to the sea and the setting Sun. I left again for many reasons: an opportunity presented itself to finish a work I’ve long intended complete; to give and receive some space; but mostly because I couldn’t bare to watch the trees dying while the skies were so perpetually befouled and most of the people were still so meanly oblivious. Much to their credit folks try to make the best of it everywhere, but to my eye a modern city and an ancient necropolis, were it populated with the walking dead, have too much in common. The rare sun- filled day with its heaven...

Jiggity-Jig

Jiggity-Jig A wonderful whirlwind of change has been blowing of late, perhaps you've felt it stir you somehow.  The New Agora has been carried far afield and across the lands these last few months.  From Europe to South America, California to Calgary, Mexico to Japan, knowledge and truth are spreading out their wings in a grand flight of consciousness that has even the ignorant gaping towards the heavens.  Is it a bird, a plane?  It's Freedom, Baby.  So, dry your tears and wipe your bum, come join the dance and have some fun.  This is what the so-called over-shmoes, ankle-biters and other assorted parasites don't want everyone to know:  Freedom is a blast… and kicking evil's ass is a delight to boot!  Ha!  Imagine!  Folks everywhere are...

Abstract Follies

Abstract Follies The more I witness the strangeness of these abstract follies called politics, government, religion, their various mouthpieces or policy enforcers, (cultists of separation the lot of them) the more distant, unimportant and irrelevant they seem to become. When face to face with another human being the game is being human. That’s the reality we share: we’re all in this together and that could be just lovely. After all, this world is peopled by some amazing characters and super loving beings. Yet the crazy noose of ideas and beliefs that has so many folks representing anything artificial or unnatural is not in any one’s best interest no matter what they are selling at any price. A no-brainer, as they say, but noteworthy...

The Sky is Falling!

The Sky is Falling! When I was a little boy one of my favourite comic books was Asterix and Obelix's fun series of adventures about a little village in Gaul (France) who continued to resist the Roman empire's occupation of Europe in the year 50 BC., chiefly thanks to a magic potion their druid concocted granting them the fabulous physical strength required to keep an entire Empire in check. Fearless but for one thing: the Gauls were, simply put, afraid of the sky falling on their heads. Though they could often enough punch their way through any enemy or situation, they were understandably powerless to do anything about the possibility of such an all-encompassing, 'heaven-sent' doomsday scenario. Perhaps it was because there was nothing...

Storm Winds Blow

Storm Winds Blow The shore is yet in sight I woke up this morning with my editorial bubbling up like a dreamy froth up from the depths of unconsciousness. But as I settled in to write the 'realities' of the day came, bucket in hand, filled with ice-cold truths aimed directly at me. Yesterday I nearly drowned in a virtual tsunami of 'news' from which I only just emerged still clinging to the little lifeboat I set out in a few weeks ago after having decided the time was right to visit my European family. It's too easy (at first) to give in to depression or despair when literally facing a world at war, global suffering, suicidal capitalism, and parasitical omnicide. And when you dig as deeply as we do we're often surrounded by the very real...

Universal Magi

Universal Magi By Fredalupe!   Inspiration, for all its universality, is a particular affair. Long have I wondered at its presence, almost as long as I have at its absence, be it on a white page, a blank regard, or a heart empty of recognition to the love calling out its true name. Though a fool yet I am, still I question, still I wonder, still I see how it might be otherwise would we but choose to imagine what dreams might come… Purposely surrounded by a symmetry of steel and glass, concrete and cubistry, elements that attempt to cage the world from its own wild nature, from this place of juxtaposition I spell out my magic, I call out our true name. Amazing what a little lipstick and lace can do to transform what is essentially a...

Have No fear Freedom is Near

Well, hopefully we haven’t scared too many people away with MearOne’s fabulous painting titled David and Goliath. Here it is in its glory outside the frame of our cover, dystopic scene intact, with chemtrails and finger-flipping, and a much clearer view of Davids’ slingshot finding its impossible mark high in Goliath’s geoengineered skies.   MearOne knows of what he paints, coming out of California to share his beautiful and poignant work with us all.   Heck, anyone with their heads out of their backsides is only too familiar with those trails polluting the blue of heaven and scumming over the Sun’s light. As I’ve experienced it the entire West-Coast of Turtle Island (America) has been bombarded almost nonstop for as long as I can...

Through the Gates of Change

There have been so many changes of late that, to my seeing eye, they merge into one inexorable force, the details of which become a froth of less interest than that of the spectacle of Power itself moving, of Intent manifesting before us all, of wonder at the mystery of our shared Journey. Love is a sacred reserve of energy; it is like the blood of spiritual evolution.           ~Pierre Teilhard de Chardin   The World around us has taken this newly born Phoenix Year to heart. The pot is a’boil, the bread is in the oven, the game is afoot. The gates of change are swinging wide open, inviting the brave, the daring and the desperate beyond mere metaphor and into the realm of manifest destiny. And by that I mean the acceptance of our own...

Liberation Participation!

Liberation Participation!  This month my space in the paper had to be shaved down a bit to fit in all the great information we’ve put together for you. We are definitely straining at the twenty-eight page format, and are hard pressed to even come close to fitting in all the good stuff we’d love you to become aware of every month. The New Agora could easily be twice its current size, filled to the brim with exciting and rewarding information, real resources of all kinds, eye opening and life changing, while offering a structure built on mutual benefit and trustworthiness. All that is required for this to happen and for the message of freedom to be spread throughout Canada (and the world) is more Participators.   Imagine our human family...

The Music has Already Started

The Music has Already Started By Fredalupe! Solar Wave is what Simon Haiduk the creator of this month’s cover names his creation. And what a painting! A powerful and appropriate work of Art to grace The New Agora this month. No doubting that this Fire Monkey Year has been just that: filled with potent awakenings and energizing transformations, fiery, flamboyant and foolhardy fun, of that I am certain. We felt it an auspicious moment to grab opportunity by the forelock and see where this mad flaming monkey of a time will take us next. And so we are renewing ourselves within Fall’s bounteous and beautiful bosom, allowing for that which must fall away to do just that, while embracing our own metamorphosis and source of nourishment. Our new...

Nine Years By Lorenzo & Fredalupe!

Nine Years By Lorenzo & Fredalupe!   “There will come a time when you believe everything is finished. That will be the beginning.” - Louis L'Amour   And so here we are again, Reader, Writer, with magic swirling in between, as our nine-year journey is coming full circle, as the crow flies.   As our eyes literally, literarily, make their way into new dimensions of thought, Words become the water of our passage together, sculpted and scripted, to all appearances, fitted and fixed, yet fluid and moving, into a paradox in and of prose, somehow creating a heavy weightlessness, a drifting play of words and feeling, a gossamer vision rising then falling with each imagined stroke.       “Life is about not knowing, having to...

The Precipice of Power (or Grabbing Freedom by the Short-Hairs)

The Precipice of Power or Grabbing Freedom by the Short-Hairs Of late my life has become entirely whirled by forces beyond easy understanding. What’s presently changed is my perception of actually minding that wild spinning, swirling, spiraling amplification of intent, presently being expressed now in this “vortextual” way. I very much like that new word; and these are truly the times to bring them into our evolutionary dialogue. Times, time, there really is only Now. Only one Now in which to act, only one Now in which to change, to transmogrify, to flower, to take up the challenge before us all, to literally create our own new paradigm. I know it’s strange to imagine we have that kind of power, but it’s true, we do. Paradigms are a funny...

Buddha in the Matrix

Lucky us! Once again we have Jan Kasparec’s imagination empowering us all with a painting that really speaks for itself, of us, our strange society, our even stranger civilization; a world in which the strains of cultures swirl in a cacophony of chaos, where some teem with an assured alieness, violently imposing paradigms of domination, of predatorial consciousness, of consumption, of communicating an infected awareness sick with distortion and artificiality. “Injustice in the end produces independence.” ― Voltaire   Everywhere, all around and through this ‘dream’, our shared reality, the reflection of that same artificiality and distortion of natural flow can be seen and felt; it informs us at every turn, in every moment, waking or...

Reunion of Opposites

Reunion of Opposites As I write this from the southern hemisphere spring, soon to be summer, is bursting for the first time ever during this time of year for me. The sun has been warmly shining for hours, all manner of bird life swirl about the little cabana where I've been invited to stay for a time. Together, each in our own way, we're singing our gratitude to this glorious day.   I'm grateful to be here. I'm grateful to still be able to work with The New Agora even though I'm literally on the other side of the world exploring the unknown, music, art and so many new human relations it's dizzying. Since I arrived here the community around me has been preparing for a three day festival that will attract thousands of celebrants. Actually...

Wake Up! Look Up!

Wake Up! Look Up! Appropriately titled, “Look up - Wake Up” - the Global Chemtrail Summit happening in Vancouver this May 7th is long in coming. The wide spread global geoengineering that’s been happening all around us for so long has always been one of our prime motivators at the New Agora, and we’re excited to be sponsoring this important event. I’ve titled my editorial to reflect the curiosity I feel towards this topic of topics, not whereas the nefarious doings of those loonies perpetrating these crimes against all of Life are concerned, but rather what it demonstrates about the present condition of mankind’s awareness, lack thereof, and potential for change. Perhaps it really is wake up and then look up; it’s a question I’ve been...

Love in The Kingdom of the Blind

Love in The Kingdom of the Blind This issue’s cover spells out what originally inspired our efforts of bringing people together in awareness. I’ve got to admit to often feeling something else entirely though. Even at the risk of turning some off I’m going to be even more honest with you now than ever before. Are you ready? I hope I am. Please remember that I’m expressing myself here because I love you all, myself included. This work I’m involved with, attempting to ‘wake’ the People by putting the paper together, collating stories, reading hundreds and hundreds of articles from all over the world every day, writing an editorial from the heart, distributing the paper, dealing with people, attempting to get them participating in their own...
